Melissa’s connection to real estate goes back to 1996, when she gained an early window into the industry alongside her husband during his years as a selling broker. Watching the process up close gave her a genuine appreciation for what it takes to guide clients through one of life’s most significant decisions.

Before stepping fully into real estate, Melissa developed a strong operational background working with a nonprofit organization, where she managed membership, payment processing, and accounting — skills that would prove invaluable in the detail-driven world of property transactions.

In 2020, Melissa joined Aaron Bloom Real Estate as his Transaction Coordinator and earned her real estate license along the way. She quickly discovered that connecting with clients was where she truly thrived. By 2025, that passion and experience led to her current role as Director of Operations, where she focuses on client relationships, transaction coordination, and keeping a close eye on the financial details that keep everything running smoothly.
